Here is the template for the business plan we will be using. We have looked at a few others provided by banks and off other websites but have decided that this is the best and easiest plan to fill in. Looking through the plan, we realised that there are many things that we haven't really covered that much yet. Setting up a business from scratch is a lot of work and I think we are doing a good job considering the millions of other things we have going on with the other modules too!
Lisa will be putting the business plan together, based on the work we have already done, bringing together different aspects from our blogs, and bringing together the financial side.
