End of Summer Evaluation

Now it is almost the end of summer, I have re done the evaluation that I wrote at the beginning of the summer, and I am quite surprised about how much my priorities have changed.

I have fulfilled some of my targets (such as concentrating on type and editorial skills), where on the other hand there are some that have unfortunately not been improved on (such as photography skills). I have also realised other things that seem so important that I work on, that I hadn't thought about at the beginning of summer.

I think I have changed as a designer this summer, as I finally know what I want to do. I no longer want to focus on illustration, and don't want my work to have a hand made feel, as I want to come across as a more professional designer. 

So I have set targets focusing on improving vital skills such as typography and editorial. As before, my focus will continue to be on print based media, although I will try out digital design if workshops and such are available during the year.
